Company Description
When you step in Kaile, you will soon understand the history, the present and the future of Kaile. Kaile Chemical Factory is located in Linhai city of Zhejiang province, east China, 30 km away from No.104 national highway, 38 km away from YongTaiWen Expressway, 70 km apart from Luqiao Airport of Taizhou city and 180 km apart from Beilun harbor of Ningbo. The transport facilities by sea, land and air are very convenient and the environment is quiet and beautiful. Originally called Linhai Yongfa Chemical Factory, Kaile was established in Feb., 1994. Initially our factory only manufactured remedy intermediate--glycerin. Later, the glycerin market was greatly impacted because of the southeast Asia financial crisis. Therefore, our factory changed our production into imidazole in 1997. Imidazole is an important intermediate of antifongin and is an indispensable material medicine in people's daily life. Since 1997, Kaile began to research and develop imidazole and its serial products. Currently the serial products of Kaile are: industrial grade imidazole, superfine imidazole, 1-methyl imidazole, 1,2-dimethyl imidazole and N,N'-carbonyl dimidazole. In Dec. 2000, Kaile set up a production line of superfine imidazole whose annual output is 200 tons. The imidazole content is more than 99.5% and the moisture content less than 0.2%. The result of water dissolution test is: complete clarity and up to the standards in the field of important intermediate and photosensitive material, etc. With two imidazole producing lines, one for 1-methyl imidazole and the other for N,N'-carbonyl dimidazole, Kaile now possesses an area of 6,500 square meter which is divided into two production areas. Nowadays, Kaile is engaged in the research of mebendazole and 2-ethyl imidazole serial products that are entirely vacant in internal market. Our purpose is to build Kaile into the largest and most specialized imidazole manufacturer in the world.
